It is our afternoon away from screens, so listen to some different types of music and think about how they make you feel. Which music makes you feel happy, upbeat or energetic? Which music makes you feel sad? Which music makes you feel calm or reflective?
Could you express yourself by making your own music with instruments or things you have around the house or writing and performing a song? Maybe you would prefer to express yourself through dance.
